CUSTOMER SERVICE
INFORMATION
Placing Orders:
Please e-mail, mail, or call in orders during our
business hours. When calling, please have your orders
prepared, give your name, address, zip code, telephone
number, and then your order using our item numbers with
all the sizes and specifications necessary to ship you
exactly what you need. Please ask if you have any
questions. We will gladly help you to find an answer to
any hunting and fishing related subjects.
Terms of Sale:
All order must be prepaid. We accept cashier’s
checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, &
American Express. Please include your card number,
expiration date, name on card, and signature of card
owner as it appears on the card. We’ll gladly ship your
small order; however, a $3.00 handling fee will be added
to all orders under $10.00. Sales tax of 7% will be
collected from Mississippi residents.
Prices:
Prices and product availability are subject to
change. This is usually due to increase in prices from
the manufacturers, inflation, typographical errors and
factors beyond our control. For exceptionally large
orders, please call for a price quotation.
Shipping:
We will process and ship your order within 24 – 48
hours in most cases. We ship via Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS
within the USA. Shipping fees are based on the carrier
rate tables plus a nominal amount for order packing and
processing. Minimum shipping charge for a one pound
package is $6.00. Complete orders under $20.00 will be
charged a $3.00 handling fee. Basic freight is used for
large and heavy items. Some larger items require
additional charges. Shipping shortages must be reported
to us within 7 days of receiving the order. If you
receive a damaged package, keep all damaged boxes and
packing materials, file a claim with the carrier and
then with us. If you require a bottom line total to
prepay your order, please call us at 662-244-5565 for
the amount.
Next Day & 2nd Day Delivery:
STAN’S offers next day and 2-day Express Delivery
service upgrades. See details on upgrade charges when
you view your cart at checkout. Next day and 2-day
orders placed by 12:00 noon (CST) will ship same day.
Items that are oversized can be shipped air delivery but
extra charges will apply-call customer service for
quotes 1-662-244-5565.
Backorders:
We strive to keep all merchandise in stock. However, in
the case that an item has to be backordered,
we will ship that item as soon as possible by Ground
delivery at no additional cost.
Unfortunately, all backorders must ship by Ground
delivery.
Alaska and Hawaii:
These orders must be shipped priority mail (if P.O. Box
is used), next day, or 2nd day air. No ground service is
available for Alaska and Hawaii. Please call for
shipping quotes 1-662-244-5565.
PO, APO & FPO Addresses:
These orders are shipped Priority Mail using our
standard shipping charges (see chart). Certain items may
not be shippable to PO, APO & FPO addresses. Next day
and 2-day delivery cannot be shipped to PO, APO and FPO

Product Warranties:
All products are brand new with full manufacturer's
warranty. Defective merchandise is warranted under the
manufacturers’ warranty. Please contact the manufacturer
or us in the event of a defective product. All returns
must have prior authorization to be accepted. Please
include a brief description on the defect along with
your name, address, and a copy of the original sales
receipt with any return. We will process the warranty
under the guidelines of the manufacturer as quickly as
possible. All merchandise is warranted by the
manufacturer, not Stan’s Outdoor, Inc. We will offer any
further information needed to help you in the return of
defective merchandise to the manufacturer.
Returning Merchandise:
Before returning any item please call 1-662-244-5565
for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Provided it
shows no sign of use, wear or abuse, we will issue a
credit to your account. No cash refunds are issued. The
item being returned must be packed in the product box
with all original packing material and paperwork and
then packed in the shipping carton. Special ordered
items may not be returned. COD returns to us will not be
accepted. All sales are considered final. Merchandise
may be returned to Stan’s Outdoor for credit only to
your account.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise: Do not accept
your shipment if the packages shows signs of external
damage. Always inspect and test your equipment
immediately upon delivery, even if you do not plan to
use it right away. If you receive defective or incorrect
merchandise, please call 1-662-244-5565 for a Return
Authorization number (RA#). After the item is returned
to our warehouse, we will replace it.
Refusal of Package Upon Delivery:
If upon delivery of your order, the package is refused,
you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
48 Hour Turnaround:
All orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within
48 hours, pending payment verification and product
availability. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will
be shipped by the following Tuesday.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS other than CANADA:
To place international orders, please contact our
Customer Service Department at 1-662-244-5565 for
assistance.
Stan’s Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied
with any item purchased from Stan’s Outdoor, return it
to us within 30 days of the shipping date, and we will
issue you a credit to your account, which may be used
for future purchases - yes, 100% of the merchandise
total less shipping and handling charges will be
credited! To ensure the timely and accurate processing
of your return, you can call our call center to obtain
RA #. Provided the product shows no sign of use, wear or
abuse, we will issue you a credit just as soon as we
receive the merchandise. That is the best guarantee in
the business that we can offer!
Privacy/Security: Your personal information and
credit card numbers will be handled using the highest
standards of safety and security features available. Our
shopping site is encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
technology, So you are assured that your transactions
are safe from prying eyes. With SSL, information sent
via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and
unaltered. In order for SSL security to work, you must
use an SSL-enabled browser.
